The business has recently secured contracts with Pannone Corporate and one of the UK’s largest training companies. According to Managing Director, Jason Dixon the success of the business is through listening to the customer and understanding their needs. He says “Working through the recession was difficult for all businesses, but I think that it helped us to focus on our clients, listen to their needs and then provide a bespoke service that meets with their very specific requirements for now and in the future.”
Jason adds “We offer law firms a complete evaluation of the document management infrastructure within the firm and provide a solution that can streamline printing processes, reducing costs and waste. Since the launch of Docutech Office Solutions just over a decade ago, the firm has expanded to 17 staff along with a team of outsourced engineers. Jason says “I feel that we have now come of age and we a reaping the benefits of our hard work. We are about to buy a third building which will be used to house the field sales team and for staff training purposes. Later in the year we hope to bring a number of engineers in house.”
They have also recently opened an office in Ashton-U-Lyne, launched a new website and have been shortlisted for a local business award. Jason adds, “The last few months have been very busy, but also very productive and I have no doubt that the success of Docutech Office Solutions has been achieved through the hard work and dedication of our team and our loyal customers and I would like to take this opportunity to thank them. Not only does the business provide cost effective document technology, it’s also good for the environment. The firms partners with the Woodland Trust to ensure that for every print device supplied a tree is planted to replenish the forests.
